  1. Mr. Sazegara I just Watched you on VOA which was recorded on Wednesday. You are acting the same way Dick Cheney did on preparation of US-Iraq war, that is, he would tell reporters that Iraq had weapons of mass destrcution and then reporters like Judith Miller would write an article about it on NY Times and Cheney would go on NBC and say NY times reported that Iraq had WMD.

Here is why I am making the above analogy in re to your statement on VOA. From what I have been reading and watching, you suggested that people go and offer flowers to the revolutionary guards and then you present it as people's movement on VOA. Also, I believe that it was your suggestion that there would be gatherings against the regime every Thursday afternoon. Even though the end result is beneficial to the green movement and I want the green movement to succeed, I am tired of people being economical with the truth. This is manipulation and Iranians deserve better. Please don't get me wrong; I want the people's green movement to succeed. But you are losing credibility. Please stick to the truth for the sake of the grass root movement in Iran which is truly people's movement, not Mousavi's, not Karoubi's and not yours. This movement belongs to the Iranians in Iran.

People in Iran made the revolution of 1979 happen and threw the Shah out of the country when you were in the US. People like you went to Iran with Khomaini and derailed the movement and made sure democracy had no place in Iran. Please do not destroy this movement; you just can't be trusted. Let people decide for themselves; they don't need people from abroad to rule them. So far, they have done a great job and have proven to be great leaders themselves and do not need people from Washington, DC, LA or London tell them what to do.

Let's not forget, you, Mousavi and people like you are responsible for building the Islamic Regime in Iran and replaced the dictatorship of the Shah with the worst possible theocracy in the history of mankind. You were happily working with the regime at least until 1989, i.e., 10 years after the revolution. Given that you have some level of intelligence, I can't believe that all that time, you did not realize what the Islamic regime was about. Anyone with some level of intelligence should have realized in less than a year that the Islamic regime was a sham.

Let's not forget that if it was not for people like you, we would not have the revolutionary guard and the basijis. You were one of the pioneers of this regime. My father who belonged to "Jebheh Melli" was arrested by both the Shah's regime and the Islamic regime. His only fault was wanting to be free, but both regimes condemned him. Khomaini that you refer to as Imam or Hazrat, was nothing more than a liar and a butcher. When he was sitting under that apple tree in France in 1978, he made false promises to Iranians and said that he had no intention of interfering with politics in Iran and it did not take long for all of us to see what he did to the movement and the country.

People like you brainwashed people and derailed the revolution for democracy and freedom of expression. Again you are comfortably sitting in Washington, DC and pretending to know what is good for the Iranians. You deceived people before, why should they trust you again. I am afraid of you and people like you. You and people like you set up the Islamic System and destroyed Iran and sent people to the death chambers after revolution; let's not forget people were executed for simply reading a book which was not approved by the Islamic regime. Now you see why I don't trust you and people like you.

Mousavi wants to keep the Islamic system and work within that framework, but that framework does not work. It is time for us to separate Mosque and State and move towards a true democracy where no one is afraid to express themselves freely.
